What should I do if there is a difference between the actual product color and the color shown in the official website's picture?
Due to the use of natural embroidery threads and different lighting conditions, there may be a color difference between the actual product and the display on the screen (this is a normal handcrafted texture). Before placing the order, you can check the "actual shooting detail pictures" on the product detail page. If the color deviation is significant after receiving the product, we will support contacting the customer service within 7 days to provide photos. We will arrange for a re-shipment or refund for you.
he embroidery pattern is blurry/uneven. Is this a quality issue?
We use a purely hand-embroidery technique. Under normal circumstances, the patterns are clear and three-dimensional, with distinct hand-made marks. If after receiving the item, you notice obvious loose threads, missed embroideries, or large areas of unevenness (The packaging is undamaged,not caused by transportation pressure), please shoot a detailed video (including the overall view and close-up) within 48 hours of receipt, contact the customer service for confirmation, and we can offer a free re-shipment of the same item.
How to clean/maintain embroidered jewelry?
It is not recommended to perform any kind of cleaning. Do not machine wash / expose to direct sunlight / come into contact with perfumes / cosmetics to prevent fading or aging of the embroidery threads. It is recommended to remove the jewelry before exercising or taking a bath to extend its service life.
How to solve the problem of deformed needles behind some products?
The connection part between our product and the skin is made of a soft and smooth metal alloy material. This material is prone to deformation. If such deformation occurs, please straighten it by yourself.

After you place your order, we guarantee: Regular items will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours (during holidays, it will be postponed to the next working day). All items are generally delivered through reliable local logistics providers in the United States. Most areas can receive them within 7-12 working days (remote areas may take approximately 14 working days). When placing your order, you can select "Express Delivery" in the remarks section (an additional $5 is required. It will be handled and dispatched with priority, and in some areas, it can be shortened to 5-7 working days). In case of extreme weather or abnormal logistics, we will notify you of the latest progress via email or internal message before dispatching, and we will do our best to coordinate solutions.
Procedures for handling damage during transportation
We use highly protective packaging. In case the goods are damaged during transportation (such as broken sequins or detached accessories), please take photos on the spot when signing for the package and contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will prioritize re-delivering a brand-new item (requiring the return of the original item) and bear the additional shipping costs incurred.
